Dia após dia (Day by day)


Depois de um tempo retornamos as nossas postagens no blog.
Pela primeira vez consegui consertar meu PC sem ajuda de um técnico. Está certa que demorei apenas duas semanas para consegui resolver 90% dos problemas do sistema os outros 10% que estão instalados na minha capacidade pessoal em entender como funciona um computador.

Café com futebol na cidade de São Paulo (Coffee with football in the city of São Paulo)



Há uma semana a cidade de São Paulo não dormiu na madrugada de quarta-feira para quinta-feira devido a conquista do torneio Libertadores das Américas pelo time mais popular do estado e o segundo time país, o Sport Club Corinthians.

Ontem foi a vez do meu time de coração ganhar a Copa do Brasil, a Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, fez com que boa parte da cidade também não dormisse devido aos inúmeros fogos de artifícios que são estourados pelos festejos do titulo conquistado.

Só para dar uma ideia das dimensões dos festejos em termos de target de marketing o Corinthians tem 16% de market share e o Palmeiras têm 6% de market share em termos de Brasil, ou melhor, 17 milhões de torcedores do alvinegro de Parque Saõ Jorge versus algo perto de 6,5 milhões de alviverde de Parque Antártica. Sendo que a maioria destas duas torcidas está alocada no estado de São Paulo (principal estado do país).

Sugestões de drinks com café espresso (Suggestions for drinks with espresso)



Cocktail de café com licor de pêssego (Coffee Cocktail with peach liqueur)



120 ml de café espresso / 120 ml espresso coffee

30 ml de licor de pêssego / 30 ml peach liqueur

30 ml de whiskey / 30 ml whiskey

60 ml de chantilly / 60 heavy cream



Despeje o café espresso em uma taça de coktail ou copo collins. Adicionar o licor de pêssego e o whiskey e mexa bem. Despeje o chantilly com cuidado sobre o dorso de uma colher de chá em cima da bebida para que o creme flutua e servir.



Pour the espresso coffee in a glass of cocktail or collins glass. Add the peach liqueur and the whiskey and stir well. Pour the whipped cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon on top of the drink so that it floats and serve.



Coktail de café de verão (Summer coffee Coktail)



30 ml de rum / 30 ml rum

30 ml de licor de pêssego / 30 ml peach liquer

120 ml de café espresso (frio) / 120 ml cold coffee

60 ml de gelo picado /60 ml crushed ice



Misturar bem os líquidos e adoçar a gosto.Decorar a borda do copo com açúcar e sevrir em taça tulipa.

Mix the liquids and sweeten to taste.Decorate the rim of the glass with sugar and sevrir in Tulip Cup.



Coktail para esquentar o clima (Cocktail to warm the climate)



30 ml de tequila /30 tequila

60 ml licor de pêssego / 60 ml peach liqueur

30 ml de rum / 30 ml rum

120 ml café espresso / 120 ml espresso coffee



Colocar todos os ingredientes em ordem sem mexer e servir em taça de conhaque (Put all ingredients in order without stirring and serve in glass of brandy )



Black Jack



60 ml de whiskey /60 ml whiskey

30 ml de café espresso / 30 ml espresso coffee

15 ml de cointreau /15 ml cointreau

15 ml suco de limão / 15 ml lemon juice



Colocar todos os ingredientes e mexer bem até combinar bem os líquidos. Servir em copo old-fashion.

Café com cointreau e especiarias (Coffee with cointreau and spices)



45 ml conhaque / 45 ml cognac

45 ml cointreau / 45 ml cointreau

60 ml café espresso / 60 ml espresso coffee

Gotas de suco de limão / Drops of lemon juice

Gotas de suco de laranja / drops os orange juice

1 cravo /1 cloves

1 pitada de canela / 1 pinch de cinnamon

1 colher de sopa de açúcar / 1 tsp sugar



Colocar o conhaque aquecido no copo de conhaque. Despejar todos os outros líquidos e por fim colocar as especiarias delicadamente e mexer o açúcar deixando que sobre no fundo um pouco e decorar a borda com açúcar também.
