Cozinhar a massa ao dente, escorrer e temperar com o resto do creme muito quente,colocar o restante da manteiga e queijo e por cima colocar os funghi.

Certa vez uma mulher que vivia solitária durante o dia por que seu marido Jorge passava o dia no trabalho e chegava tarde ao lar e suas filhas estudavam no colégio em período integral. Ela pensou é foi comprar um animal de estimação. Entrou numa loja e começou a procurar. Ela analisou o comportamento de vários cães, gatos, pássaros e nada interessava. Quando de repente um papagaio numa gaiola deu um assobio e perguntou para ela quanto era a hora de sexo.

Ela achou graça do papagaio e foi perguntar ao gerente da loja se o papagaio estava a venda. O Gerente respondeu que sim ,porém avisou que o papagaio tinha passado e sido ensinado a falar dentro de uma casa de lenocínio.

A mulher falou que não tinha importância. Comprou o papagaio.

Chegando a casa ela tirou o capuz do papagaio, este olhou para um lado. Olhou para outro e disse:

- Papagaio mudou. Mudou de casa, mudou a cafetina. Papagaio gostou.

A mulher começou a rir do jeito do papagaio.

Chegando suas filhas do colégio ela mostrou o papagaio. Este olhou para as filhas e disse:

-Papagaio mudou de casa. Mudou a cafetina e mudou as prostitutas. Papagaio gostou.

Todas acharam uma graça do jeito do papagaio.

Já a noite chegou o marido da mulher. Esta foi logo mostrando o papagaio.

Novo ano de 2012 (New Year 2012 )

Todo o inicio de ano nós precisamos renovar nossas esperanças e forças para continuar nossa luta diária pela melhoria da condição de nossas vidas dentro de nossas casas, bairro em que viemos ao mundo, no clube que frequentamos e na cidade onde vivemos e habitamos, no país onde nascemos e neste incrível planeta perdido dentro da Via Láctea.

É incrível pensar que em apenas 365 dias uma serie de fatos podem favorecer um conjunto de acontecimentos e atos que nem em nossos sonhos ou pesadelos poderíamos supor que iriam se suceder independentemente de nossa vontade ou força.

As noticias nos jornais teimam em continuar as mesmas.

Nós que obstinamos a mudar o mundo temos a esperança que algum dia as noticias dos jornais comecem a mudar e nunca mais precisaremos nos preocupar com nossos sonhos e pesadelos.

A todos vocês que me leem um ótimo 2012!

25 ml de amaretto / 25 ml amaretto

Colocar cuidadosamente todos os ingredientes na ordem. Decorar com chantilly e polvilhar com raspas de chocolate amargo por cima do creme.Servir em xícara irlandesa.

Coloque tudo em um liquidificador e bater até ficar homogêneo.O eml não precisa ser exatamente 2 colheres pode ser 1 ou quem sabe 3(siga seu paladar e gosto,ok?)

Colocar todos os ingredientes em uma xícara de café irlandês. Adicionar café espresso, decorar o topo com chantilly e servir

Ingredientes (ingredient)

400 g de massa fresca de lasanha / 400 g of fresh pasta, lasagne

700 g de espinafre / 700 g spinach

200 g de ricotta fresco / 200 g fresh ricotta

200 g de textura de soja / 200 g soy texture

70 g de queijo parmesão / 70 g Parmesan cheese

Modo de preparo (How to prepare)
Lavar os funghi porcini e a textura de soja e cortar em pedaços e fazer alho e óleo. Acrescentar o molho de tomate. Cozinhar os espinafres em água e escorrer bem e amassar e misturar com a ricota e com parte do parmesão. Refogar o espinafre com cebola e noz moscada puxada na manteiga e adicionar as castanhas.

Preparar a massa ao dente e arrumar a massa em um pirex retangular em camadas. O fundo do pirex umedecido com o molho de tomate. Uma camada de massa,outra de espinafre,uma de massa outra de molho de tomate com porcini,uma camada de massa outra de mussarela e assim por diante e cobrir o topo com queijo parmesão,gratinar.
