Duendes e conversa fiada (Leprechaun's Coffee and chatter)

Our observers of other worlds must be puzzled. We spent years trying to make a living working as a crazy and when we come to the good position in relation to financial conditions we spend money rivers with medico why we lose our health behind features that give us car of the year, Beach House, a good home, woman, lovers and children attending local schools, superb restaurants and cool and a good personal status before our similar.

It’s because good health after lost hardly anyone gets it back. The rest all is superfluous in practice.

Leprechaun's Coffee

45 ml de Bailey’s/ 45 ml Bailey's Irish cream
23 ml Irish whiskey

Shake, strain into a highball glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, and serve

Fica a pergunta:

The profit earned by our work isn’t worth the lost dividends of our health. Imagine the damage that civilization does to the planet in the NSAs progress of Nations. In the past these ecological and ecogastronomics ideas weren’t known by man.

Today it is clear that the power of regeneration of the planet versus the environmental impact caused by humans is negligible. If by the time the wars were by the riches that a nation has in relation to the other in the 21st century wars will be fought over water and foods.

The health of the planet is being threatened, this is an inexorable fact. One time or another the home will fall.

Is the question:

What can we do to build another world?

Mel (Honey)

Honey is a food, usually found in liquid viscous and sugary, which is produced by bees from the nectar collected flowers and sued by the digestive enzymes of these insects, being stored in the combs in their hives to serve them food. Honey said pure always crystallizes naturally.

A saturated solution of sugar tends to crystallize itself spontaneously, acquiring a solid consistency. Crystallization of honey is a guarantee of their quality and purity. The normal is that honey would crystallize. If a non-honey crystallizes, it might have been subjected to heating during the extraction process. The temperature normally practiced in such procedures (above 40 degrees C) destroys the inibinas of honey, resulting in the loss of his power antiseptic. If you want it back to its initial fluid state – which is not necessary – just heat it gently in the water bath. Not good heat it beyond 40ºc, to not destroy the antibacterial action of inibinas.

In addition to being used as a sweetener, honey has always been recognized due to its therapeutic properties. Generally, honey is constituted, most (about 75%) for carbohydrates, particularly for simple sugars (glucose and fructose). Honey is also composed of water (about 20%), minerals (calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, among others), for about half of the amino acids existing organic acids (acetic acid, citric acid, among others) and B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, D and e. honey has a considerable content of antioxidants (flavonoids and phenolic compounds).

Honey is also used externally due to its antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. Thus, the honey helps heal and prevent infections in wounds or superficial burns. Honey is also widely used in cosmetics (facial cleansing creams, masks, tonics, etc.) because of its astringent qualities and soothing.

AZEITONA (OLIVE)- Olea europaea

It’s a curiosity about the olive tree. Account that Athens, the Greek goddess of wisdom, made a Sunrise launches the olive tree; the fruits of this tree, in addition to feeding the man, would produce an oil to spice your food, strengthen your body, heal their wounds and brighten up your evening.

The olive has great fat and minerals, and should be consumed with caution.

Another world is possible?

Another world would be a human civilization without wars, end social exclusion and pollution.

A quick look at our historic trajectory would show that such fact rationally speaking it would be a utopia. Even if you think of the behavior of our cousins apes chimpanzees would be unthinkable now for other bonobos such idea is feasible.

The social structure the bonobos is a matriarchal and egalitarian culture, and the prominent role of sexual activity in its society. The social structure of chimpazés males is dominant over females and younger males.

O paradoxo despreza o tempo e a velocidade.

Human social relations are much more complex that the societies of the apes, but probably behavioral and environmental pressures to satisfy our basic physiological needs, security needs, need for affection, need for status and esteem and need for achievement in imposes a Zeno paradox.

As we have evolved socially always we are halfway where we want to reach. The paradox despises the time and speed. Companies or the human civilizations have distinct temporal situations and speeds compared to other contemporary societies.

Contemporary civilization human presents a globalization trend among the Nations, however how to combine the speed and timing differences evident from culture to culture.

What is to be happy, or rather, what is happiness?

How can we measure happiness?

Each person has an idea about what is happiness and how to conquer it. The difficulty lies in the way of how we deal with the adversities of life. Happiness can consist in acquiring material goods, have a work with great salary and be recognized for their talents, possess a harmonious family and enjoy good health.

Happiness is the feeling of feeling a well-being.

The Greek philosopher Aristotle contended that happiness is reached by the exercise of virtue and not ownership.

Happiness is not permanent because it can't be good all the time. But also don't need to be an eternal projection.

The well-being can be connected in about their opinions or lifestyle influences other people?

Maybe!

Our inner heart vibrates most in the acquisition of a desired object by all or when we have someone follow any advice or project of life for us outlined?

A desired object by many only in places in evidence while this product is unique, but in a society where consumption is within reach of all the frustration cameramen to observe our uniqueness be popularized.

When we influence the opinions of our friends and our enemies brings us back in a wellness, wellness. Have you noticed this?

Why is that small actions and help others in the back a more permanent satisfaction that buy or earn something from our innermost desire?

As I said once an English Bard:

I can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no satisfaction
'Cause I try and I try and I try and I try
I can't get no, I can't get no
