Salada especial de alface (Special salad of lettuce)

Ingrediente para 4 pessoas (Ingredient for 4 people)

4 pés de alface pequenos/ 4 feet of small lettuce

2 ovos cozidos/ 2 boiled eggs

1 colher sopa de mostarda francesa/ 1 soup spoon of French mustard

1 colher sopa de cebola verde batida/ 1 soup spoon of French mustard

6 colheres de azeite/ 1 soup spoon of French mustard

1 colher de vinagre/ 1 teaspoon vinegar

Sal/Salt

Modo de preparo(How to prepare)

Colocar as folhas de alface num prato de salada.

Amassar os ovos cozidos,misturar com a cebola verde.Misturar o vinagre com a mostarda,com sal ,azeite de modo a misturar bem os temperos e por em cima das folhas de alface e servir.

Place lettuce leaves on a dish of salad.

Kneading the boiled eggs, mix with the green onion. Mix the vinegar with salt, mustard, with olive oil to mix well the seasonings and on top of the lettuce leaves and serve.
