Modo de preparo (How to prepare)

Dourar o dente de alho com azeite,juntar ao salmão e amassá-lo.Deixar tomar gosto por alguns minutos,acrescentar a polpa de tomate amassada/batida mais o pimentão picado.

Cozinhar por 20 minutos.

Cozinhar o macarrão e depois de escorre acrescentar azeite e salsinha no macarrão. Temperar o macarrão com o molho e servir junto com parmesão ralado.

Passar a ricota por uma peneira deixando cair numa sopeira. Adicionar o açúcar, dois cálices de licor, o chocolate e a cidra em pedaços.

Colocar numa forma retangular de bordas altas e com tampa hermética. Forrar a parte interna da forma com papel manteiga umedecido com o licor.

Cortar o pão-de-ló em fatias de 1 cm de espessura,embeber com o licor e forrar o fundo e as paredes da forma.Despejar a mistura recobrir com mais pão-de-ló embebido e tapar.

Conservar na geladeira por 2 horas, depois desenformar com cuidado a cassata sobre um prato.
