Em época de eleições os milagres acontecem diariamente no horário eleitoral. Vamos só nos ater no cargo majoritário temos 12 candidatos ao cargo de prefeito.
Uma das características do eleitorado paulistano é ser conservador no varejo e progressista no atacado.
Das propostas dos candidatos já podemos prever que a cidade será governada na melhor das hipóteses por uma pessoa totalmente despreparada para o cargo.
Nenhum dos 12 candidatos tem uma proposta para cidade que podemos considerar moderna ou pelo menos não vinculada a preceitos econômicos e sociais da metade do século passado. Tudo passa pelo conceito keynesiano de economia do consumo de massa como mola propulsora do progresso humano.
A cidade de São Paulo é composta por 31 subprefeituras. A maior tem aproximadamente 610 mil habitantes e o menor tem algo perto de 82 mil habitantes. Alguns problemas são pontuais e outros são genericos a todas as subprefeituras. Nenhum dos 12 candidatos apresenta alguma proposta viável para os problemas genéricos da cidade e os problemas pontuais de cada subprefeitura serão relegados a interesses político-partidários dos subprefeitos empossados pelo prefeito eleito.
O que choca o bom senso é como os candidatos apresentam suas principais propostas para a cidade. São propostas totalmente baseadas em pesquisas e muitas vezes o cidadão pesquisado não tem ciência de sua própria realidade e sua opinião é determinada pelos formadores de opinião.
Pouco importa se a legenda é considerada como de extrema-esquerda ou de direita o grau de distanciamento da realidade é impressionante.
Pedágio urbano é fato que mais cedo ou mais tarde será implantado para diminuir o acesso de veículos automotores na região central da cidade.
Melhorar a educação é uma prioridade que até hoje o próprio estado não sabe muito bem o que fazer neste quesito.
A violência é endêmica e disseminada em todas as classes sociais sendo que dificilmente alguém das classes A e B são condenados pela justiça brasileira graça a “n” esquemas jurídicos legais que conseguem proteger um culpado com liminares.
Os hospitais estão localizados na parte central da cidade praticamente. Criando um hiato entre as necessidades dos diversos distritos na cidade.
Conter a poluição na cidade também é deixado de lado. Por que isto é “contra” o desenvolvimento econômico nacional.
O importante para os candidatos é chamar atenção da população com planos sensacionalistas que nunca irão ser postos em pratica, seja por falta de vontade política ou por falta de verbas para desenvolver tal proposta.
