(3) Xícaras - Não é aconselhável empilhar as xícaras no esterilizador, se a xícara estiver fria, consequentemente o café sairá frio.



(4) Moinho - Deve ser regulada corretamente de acordo com a qualidade do grão de café utilizado, a moagem muito fina ou grossa, pode interferir no funcionamento da máquina e na qualidade do café. O tempo ideal para extração do café expresso é entre 25 a 30 segundos.

A- Abastecer Com o moinho regulado na medida escolhida, posicionar o porta-filtro na saída de pó até chegar à quantidade desejada, evitando o desperdício.

(5) Cremosidade- O creme serve para manter a temperatura e preservar o seu aroma. É a espuma dourada na superfície do café, que deve ser cremosa e consistente. Para testar basta acrescentar uma colher de açúcar e observar, se o açúcar descer lentamente é um sinal que o café está cremoso.



(6) Refugo/Borra- Quando o pó do porta -filtro é eliminado antes do preparo do novo café , o refugo deve sair inteiro sem despedaçar, e quase seco, essas características indicam que o moinho está regulado corretamente .



ESPRESSO PERFEITO

Café: Deve ter de 7 a 20 dias da data da torra, período em que já terminou a emissão de gases e ainda mantém a qualidade da crema.

Moagem: A granulometria deve ser média, mas pode variar de acordo com o grão, o moinho e a umidade ambiente.

Dosagem: Deve ser de cerca de 10 g no porta-filtro simples; e 20 g no duplo.

Pressão: A máquina deve ter 9 bars.

Temperatura: A água deve estar entre 89 e 91ºC; e o grupo deve estar aquecido, bastando ficar engatado na máquina.

Tempo: O preparo do espresso deve ser rápido e preciso, para evitar a oxidação do café e a queda na temperatura do grupo; e a extração deve ser feita num prazo de 20 a 30 segundos.

Volume: Um espresso deve ter de 25 a 35 ml; e um curto, de 15 a 20 ml.







(3) Cups- It isn’t advisable to stack the cups in the sterilizer, if the Cup is cold, hence the coffee comes out cold.



(4) Mill- Must is set correctly according to the quality of the coffee beans used, the grind too fine or thick can interfere with the operation of the machine and the quality of the coffee. The ideal time for extraction of espresso is between 25 to 30 seconds.



A – Fill with the chosen measure, mill set in place the filter in dust output until you reach the desired amount, avoiding waste.



(5) Creaminess- Cream serves to maintain the temperature and preserve its aroma. It’s golden on the surface of the foam that coffee should be creamy and consistent. To test just add a spoonful of sugar and observe if the sugar down slowly is a sign that the café is creamy.



(6) Waste/Sludge-When the dust from the filter holder is eliminated before the preparation of the new coffee, the waste should be out integer without smashing, and almost dry, these characteristics indicate that the grinder is adjusted correctly.





PERFECT ESPRESSO





Coffee: Must have from 7 to 20 days from the date of roast, period in which has ended the emission of gases and still maintains the quality of foam.



Grinding: The particle size should be average, but can vary according to the grain, the mill and the humidity.



Dosage: Should be about 10 g in the simple filter; and 20 g in double.



Pressure: The machine must have 9 bars.



Temperature: The water should be between 89 and 91 C; and the group must be heated, just get hitched on the machine.



Time: the preparation of espresso should be fast and accurate, to prevent oxidation of the coffee and the drop in temperature of the group; and extraction must be made within 20 to 30 seconds.



Volume: an espresso must be 25 to 35 ml; and a short 15 to 20 ml.
