Todo o inicio de ano nós precisamos renovar nossas esperanças e forças para continuar nossa luta diária pela melhoria da condição de nossas vidas dentro de nossas casas, bairro em que viemos ao mundo, no clube que frequentamos e na cidade onde vivemos e habitamos, no país onde nascemos e neste incrível planeta perdido dentro da Via Láctea.
É incrível pensar que em apenas 365 dias uma serie de fatos podem favorecer um conjunto de acontecimentos e atos que nem em nossos sonhos ou pesadelos poderíamos supor que iriam se suceder independentemente de nossa vontade ou força.
As noticias nos jornais teimam em continuar as mesmas.
Nós que obstinamos a mudar o mundo temos a esperança que algum dia as noticias dos jornais comecem a mudar e nunca mais precisaremos nos preocupar com nossos sonhos e pesadelos.

Around the beginning of the year we need to renew our hopes and forces to continue our daily struggle for the improvement of the condition of our lives inside our homes, neighborhood in which we came to the world, at the club that are forged during our crucial and in the city where we live and inhabit, in the country where you were born and this amazing planet lost within the milky way.
It's amazing to think that in just 365 days a series of facts may favor one set of events and acts that neither in our dreams or nightmares we could assume that they would succeed regardless of our will or strength.
The news in newspapers seems hell-bent on continuing the same.
We persist to change the world we hope that someday the news of newspapers begin to change and never need to worry about our dreams and nightmares.

Café com chocolate e amêndoas (Almond Chocolate Coffee)
25 ml de amaretto / 25 ml amaretto
20 ml creme de cacau / 20 ml cacao cream
150 ml de café espresso / 150 ml espresso coffee
45 ml de Chantilly / 45 ml whipped cream
Colocar cuidadosamente todos os ingredientes na ordem. Decorar com chantilly e polvilhar com raspas de chocolate amargo por cima do creme.Servir em xícara irlandesa.
Put all ingredients in the order carefully. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated bittersweet chocolate over cream. Serve in the Irish Cup.
