Esta é um receita para sexta-feira santa ! (This is a recipe for Good Friday)

Ingredientes (Ingredients)

1 kg de filé de peixe (qualquer tipo, sem espinhas) / 1 kg fillet of fish (any type, without spines
1 litro de leite / 1 litre of milk
4 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo /4 tablespoons all purpose flou
200g de queijo fatiado /200 g sliced cheese
1 lata de cerveja /1 can of beer
100g de queijo ralado /100 g grated cheese

5 dentes alho / 5 cloves garlic
Orégano / Oregano
Alecrim /Rosemary
Manjericão /Basil
Noz-moscada /Nutmeg
Tempero verde /Green seasoning

Modo de fazer (How to prepare)

Season the fish with garlic, oregano, Rosemary and basil. Let the steaks rest for 30 minutes in a frying pan, place the fillets to cook. On the fillets, put all the beer. Simmer for 15 minutes and set aside.

Meanwhile, beat milk in Blender, cheese, flour and a pinch of nutmeg. Bring this mixture to heat until it thickens and stir constantly for granular not cream.

In a greased ovenproof dish with margarine, place the cream, as if to make a bed for the fish. On top, place the fillets and cover with the rest of the cheese. Finally, place the grated cheese and seasoned green. Bake for 40 min., until golden brown.

DICAS (Tips)

-Serve the fish with white rice. The suggestion is the following salad: lettuce, purple cabbage, string beans, chickpeas, alfalfa, quail eggs, seasoned croutons and green (cubes of toasted bread with olive oil and oregano and accompanying increment salads). -Beer can be replaced by a glass of dry white wine.
