Doce de arroz com laranja (Sweet rice with orange)



Ingredientes para 4 pessoas (Ingredients for 4 people)

125 g arroz integral / 125 g rice

5 colheres de açúcar/ 5 tablespoons sugar

20 g de manteiga/ 20 g butter

4 ovos/ 4 eggs

1 pacote de baunilha/ 4 eggs

750 ml de leite/ 750 ml milk

Farinha / Flour

1 gemada/ 1 egg nog

2 laranjas/ 2 oranges



Modo de preparo (How to prepare)

Cozinhar o arroz em panela de pressão e deixar por 2 minutos.

Cortar em tirar a casca de meia laranja(só parte amarela),levar ao fogo,numa panela,duas colheres de açúcar com pouquíssima água e derreter em fogo brando

Descascar as laranjas, cortar em tiras e cobrir com a calda, deixando amolecer ate o doce ficar pronto.

Ferver o leite, juntar o arroz, o resto do açúcar,a baunilha e metade da casca de laranja ralada,com o arroz já cozinhado e esfriado,acrescentar as gemas uma por uma e um ovo inteiro,misturando vigorosamente.

Untar uma forma e pulverizar com farinha, despejar a mistura de arroz e c ozer em banho-maria, no forno, por 30 minutos.

Cozido o doce. Deixar descansar um pouco, colocar em um prato e decorar com cascas raladas de laranja e servir junto com a gemada.

It cooked sweet. Leave to rest a bit, put on a plate and decorate with grated orange peel and serve along with the eggnog.
