Our subject today is against the execution of Troy Davis which is planned for today in the USA, State of Georgia. The case raises polemics worldwide and within the USA. The case of t. Davis began with the murder of police officer Mark McPhail Allen. His trial was marked by legal inconsistencies by the prosecution.
Since being sentenced, seven of the nine witnesses not police returned behind on their statements claiming coercion and intimidation by the police during their depositions, the absence of material evidence linked Davis to the crime.
Some witnesses were illiterate, were in prison, or were teenagers at the time gave testimonials, which formed the basis for the condemnation of Davis.
