A civilização humana passou por varias experiências de governo em sua historia. A idéia de democracia nasceu a mais de dois mil anos atrás numa época em que a escravatura era algo corriqueiro e as penas capitais aos condenados eram extremamente cruéis.
Nunca o individuo teve tantos direitos e deveres perante o estado como no século XX e no inicio do século XXI. Da revolução francesa com sua liberdade, igualdade e fraternidade até as atuais constituições passaram muita água por baixo da ponte dos inúmeros estados do planeta.
Os estados são administrados por grupos políticos que se aliam no propósito de se perpetuar no poder. Assim como achávamos no passado que os reis tinham direitos advindos de uma entidade superior a nossa razão, hoje estes grupos se mantêm no poder do estado através de elites dominantes que usam o governo para impor a maioria sua vontade.
Um ótimo exemplo ocorreu no dia 25 de dezembro de 1914, a Primeira Guerra Mundial já havia começado manchando de sangue e pólvora os campos da França. Neste dia os soldados alemães começam a cantar “Noite Feliz” e, para sua surpresa, são imitados por combatentes ingleses, dando início a uma troca de abraços que superou a proibição de seus superiores. Mas a guerra tinha que continuar, e poucos dias depois, o mundo veria com horror o desenrolar de um conflito que ceifou 20 milhões de vidas.A primeira guerra poderia ter acabado neste dia e talvez nunca teriamos presenciado os adventos da II guerra e da Guerra Fria.

The States are administered by political groups are allied in purpose to perpetuate itself in power. Just as we felt in the past that the Kings had rights arising out of an entity greater than our reason, today these groups remain in State power through ruling elites who use the Government to impose the majority will.
A great example occurred on December 25, 1914, the first world war had already begun tarnishing of blood and gunpowder fields of France. On this day the German soldiers begin to sing "Happy Night" and, to his surprise, are imitated by British fighters, sparking an exchange of hugs that overcame the prohibition of their superiors. But the war had to continue, and a few days later, the world would see with horror the unfolding of a conflict that claimed 20 million lives.The first war could be over in this day and maybe we would have never witnessed its advent the War II and the cold war.
Mocha Frappe
90 ml de café espresso/ 90 ml espresso coffee
60 ml xarope de chocolate/ 60 ml syrup chocolate milk
90 ml de leite/ 90 ml milk
30 ml de chantilly/ 30 ml whipped cream
80 ml de sorvete de creme/ 80 ml vanilla ice cream
Despeje o café, leite, o xarope de chocolate e o sorvete em um liquidificador. Misture. Adicionar o creme chantilly por cima delicadamente. Despeje em uma caneca de café. Decore o chantilly com lascas de chocolate e com noz-moscada ou canela.
Pour the coffee, milk, ice cream and chocolate syrup in a blender. Mix. Add the whipped cream over gently. Pour into a coffee mug. Decorate the whipped cream with chocolate chips and with nutmeg or cinnamon.
