Arroz integral (Brown rice)

The rice is rich in fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins B complex and, as it is only removed bark, concentrated nutrients in your film and germ confer more health benefits than processed rice, which retains only the endosperm of the grain rich in starch. Rice is processed in Mills, until it is completely white, losing with this much more than half of their nutritive value (can reach 75% of losses), which is precisely in the dark film that makes the lining of the grain. This is then given to pigs in bran and this animal grows strong and healthy, while the man eats food depleted, the rest, the leftover rice. And that is precisely the bran, this cone stick in grain of rice, which helps to combat prison-womb so common and harmful to most people. Our intestines need fibrous food, Bran, pulp, to work well. White rice already holds the gut because it is rich in gome, glue and sticks in the villi.
The film that coats the grain of rice, is rich in carbohydrates, oils, proteins, vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, Pantothenic acid, nicótic, C, E, provitamins and minerals in great quantity. When the film is removed, the vast majority of these components/nutrients are lost.
When you refine the rice even leave him completely white, destroying also the germ and he has no more life; it is a food dead. But a grain of rice still has life and, if it is buried, germinates.
We also know that often the white rice is treated with glucose and even artificially with paraffin, to stay bright and with TALC neutral to stay loose.
Free from gluten and digestible, the rice maintains the satiety of the individual for longer and assists in smooth bowel, and may be prepared in various ways, such as the rice processed.
Its main advantages include: reducing the risk of intestinal dysfunctions, aid in glucose metabolism in diabetics, protection of nervous system, aid in muscular contractions, among other benefits.
There are three types of rice: peccaries, the needle and the red, which differ mainly in color and shape as the nutritional properties are very similar.
